What gets you going!!

My eyes started wooing my dream career before few years. The dream was not too big to get noticed by everyone and appreciate but personally, it was at the height from where I wanted to kick off.

While working as an IT professional since last 3 years, it feels GREAT !!!

Why?? Here is the answer on broad spectrum…

·         We do not have the privilege to save people’s life like a doctor, but we surely have the pride for giving all high-front/back end medical diagnostics tools which acts as doctors right hand.

·         We do not carry any creative ideas to make people’s house beautiful like what architect/Interior designers do, but we definitely have the advantage of topping people’s home with smartly designed and miniaturized machines (home appliances, entertainment gadgets,etc.) which can work so efficiently that it can reduce their effort to almost negligible.

·         We do not have the strength like soldiers to stand upfront and doze enemy’s bullet and fight endlessly for our motherland, but we can proudly say that we do suffice their requirements and strengthen them with ultra-speed engines and equipments in all three areas of defense.

·         We do not feel  that sense of “giving birth” to new things while inventing or discovering (or both) what scientists generally do, but we get enriched by the satisfaction which we experience when we convert those research’s  results into modules (hardware+software) which fuel up boosters, rocket engines, missiles  and what not.

·         We do not carry “chip on our shoulder”  for being a profound member of “temple of democracy called Parliament” like what Ministers, Politicians, MLAs, etc do, but we behold the integrity and dignity of our nation by walking on the path of converting Developing India to Developed India by consistent perseverance of technology, process and updations on almost everything.

·         We do not directly uplift the name of India and its culture by being  Bollywood divas and stars but we, like their props, limelight amalgamation of Indian values and Celebs talents to showcase India’s colours of richness in every emotion portrayed on screen by upgrading every new interconnect (media, sets,etc) to connect at International standards.

·         We (some) may not have high vocabulary, soothing and fluent language, grammar commands or we may not be able to speak without “dead words in the air” every time, but we do understand the pain, emotions and human touch of each and every individual and in return give a beautiful gift of high-tech infrastructure to facilitate all to have good education and well-being.

Particularly, it is this very exact time,  where-in India needs to show not only its mass productive capacity of items/goods (youth population being its measure) but also its intuitive values, knowledge, accountability and trustworthy approach.

Majority of professions do not directly count on how good has it led to growth in your country’s revenue, proud and development. But all the professions give meaning to your part of work, your cut-piece which you must do as a responsible citizen of your country. Every Job, every profession is an integral part of any country’s development and growth. And as an individual, there is nobody better than you to do your assigned task.

Do not engage yourself with the work that comes to you, rather prefer the work which when done, disengages you with the world because it can make you forget everything. This high degree of involvement and determination enriches you with positivity and satisfaction.

When you love what you do, you get more productive and effective. People starts believing in you and encouraging you. They give you new challenges to embrace, new tasks to accomplish which you may not have ever done and pat on for all your good work.

I do not believe in Inspirers and motivators because there is nothing outside that can ignite you, instinct you or makes you start. It all starts from within. Do what you love and the rest will be history.

It is said that money fills your pocket and work satisfaction (when your work is what you love) fills your soul.

Your passion, determination, willingness and zeal to serve your country (directly or indirectly) is all what keeps you going.... :)
